KalanetiX Body Basics is based on the principles of South African Callanetics. South African Callanetics is a more intense style of this exercise type, allowing you faster results. Using Isometric movements which incorporate Spiral Dynamics by Dr Christian Larson your muscle/s are being used to their full intensity in the way that the body should be moved and exercised. In anatomical alignment. Incorporating specific stretching to compliment this action allows the muscles to recover & elongate. During KalanetiX Body Basics, we incorporate Pelvic Floor and Transverse Abdominal exercises where you will benefit from greater core strength and core stability. Just watch your body transform before your eyes. Also recommended for pregnancy.

KalanetiX 60 Plus
This callanetics program has been specifically designed to provide “do-able” exercise for those fit and unfit, who are looking for an exercise program to not only improve their physical capabilities but also provide a mind – body awareness and connection. Learn to use your body and gain control, through pelvic floor, posture, foot placement all encompassed within the exercise program.
Single classes are held once a week in the afternoon keep eyes on timetable for new session time.
Group Personal Training
For those who want personal training with some company and on a budget. Join in our group personal training sessions. Minimum of 2 and a Maximum of only 5 participants at any one time to ensure you still get that one on one attention of the trainer.
Your program rotates every two weeks. This gives you variety as well as ensuring your body does not adapt to particular exercise, making all that effort ineffective. Your fitness regime needs to be as effective and efficient as possible. You will benefit from a whole body workout actively enforcing and promoting strong core use and stability.
